Clients include banks, building societies and other financial institutions, professional bodies, insurers and reinsurers, accountants, solicitors, barristers, surveyors, architects, and company directors.

Complementing the extensive insurance expertise of Chambers, members have particular experience cases involving allegations of negligence against insurance brokers and other intermediaries in connection with the placement of insurance, the collection of claims, and other aspects of the business. Members have also advised in relation to negligent underwriting.
