Chambers' work in this area includes advisory and court work relating to the setting up, running and termination of all types of partnerships and joint ventures, including mergers and takeovers. Chambers has specific experience in various forms of professional or corporate joint ventures, as well as other commercial, individual, and limited liability partnerships.

Members are frequently involved in ongoing advisory work in relation to general partnership issues which arise in the course of partnerships’ businesses, and also have experience of drafting a wide variety of partnership deeds.
