Members of Chambers are fully conversant with human rights issues
in a domestic context, and have appeared domestically in many cases
raising human rights issues. Apart from advocacy, the work of Chambers
includes advising on aspects of human rights law under the Human
Rights Act 1998 and the European Convention of Human Rights.
In addition to European human rights law, members of chambers also
possess experience in relation to human rights under other regional
and universal systems on the international plane, including the
Inter-American system.
