Members of Chambers are often involved in domestic and international
arbitrations both in London and abroad, including ICC, UNCITRAL,
LMAA, ICSID, ICAEW and LCIA arbitrations, WIPO and Nominet domain
name proceedings, and ad hoc references and expert determinations.
Senior members of chambers also act as arbitrators, experts, and
legal assessors, while a junior member of chambers has acted as
the secretary to the tribunal in LCIA and UNCITRAL arbitrations.
Our experience of arbitration covers a varied range of subject
matters in the fields of aviation, insurance and reinsurance, public
international law (including investment protection disputes), company
and commercial law (including energy, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals
and product liability), intellectual property, competition law,
IT disputes, partnership and property law. Members of Chambers also
have experience of dealing with disputes and litigation arising
in and from arbitrations.
Several members of Chambers are fellows or members of the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators and the London Court of International Arbitration.
